Mixing Ratio: 1A to 1B by volume

Working Time: 10-15 minutes

Setting time: 30 minutes – 2 hours

Demold/tack free time: 45 minutes

Full cure time: 4 hours

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix 1:1 equal parts PART A with PART B  in a clean container (disposable recommended)
2. Slowly mix together thoroughly for approx. 4-5 minutes. Scrape sides and bottom as you go, making sure there are no air bubbles. Allow to stand at room temperature for 5 minutes to degass.
3. To create your mould, first place your object inside a container that is only slightly larger than the item you wish to replicate. You will need to make sure that the object is weighted or stuck down so that it doesn’t rise as you pour in the Liquid Translucent Silicone Rubber.
4. Ensuring surface is dry and dust free, slowly pour the liquid translucent silicone rubber over the object you are replicating. Curing at a room temperature of 20 degress-25 degrees Celsius, the silicone rubber will set between 30 mins and 2 hours, and your mould will fully cure in 4-6 hours. The higher the temperature the quicker the silicone rubber will set.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS

Always wear safety glasses and disposable gloves when mixing and pouring Liquid Translucent Silicone Rubber. Avoid breathing vapours. Work in a well-ventilated space. Always return the correct cap to each bottle. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN UNDER 12.

FIRST AID:

DO NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. Wash off skin in warm soapy water. In case of eye contact, flush with running water and seek medical advice from the poison’s information Centre Australia 13 11 26.
